RESCUE VESSEL, SAR 3000/III is built for polish Owner, Maritime Search & Rescue Service.
The building of the vessel is partly financed by UE as part of The Operational Program Infrastructure and Environment 2007 – 2013.
The main purpose of the vessel is search and rescue operations, also in bad weather conditions, at Baltic Sea including:
• Evacuating of survivors from other vessels, lifeboats or directly from water surface;
• Giving medical first aid to injured;
• Co-operation with helicopter.
