Guided by RSB’s values which are: respect, quality, responsible approach, safety and customer’s satisfaction we do not accept and firmly oppose any irregularities and ethically questionable behaviors.
We are against any behavior which is in contradiction to the principles of conduct at RSB and broadly defined company’s interests.
Employees should not ignore any irregularities; both form superiors, subordinates and colleagues. Employees are obliged to eliminate irregularities and at the same time report potential irregularities as described below.
In particular, the following situation should be reported:
- violation of the provisions of the Code of Conduct
- violation of any other internal procedure, including safety procedures, financial and accounting procedures, work regulations
- violation of generally applicable law
- any other events inconsistent with the rules adopted by RSB.
