Recruitment process:

    Initial selection of received applications in regards to formal needs.

    Interview with the candidate. transfer of the most relevant informations about the company and the offer. Analysis of the most important competences and the skills of the candidate.

    Choosing candidates with competences which are the most adjustable to the necessary requirements.

  • 4

    Optional: Second interview with the chosen candidates. Further analysis of competences. Discussing the scope of obligations on the position and candidate's expectations.

  • 5

    Choosing a candidate. Recognition of employment terms. Completion of formal requirements (obtaining applicable clauses and necessary data for preparing a contract).
