Our technical and production capacity as well as qualified and experienced
staff allows ourselves to build state-of-the-art vessels up to 130 m in length
and 24 m in width.

Hull Department (total of 16 500 m2 under roof) consists of:

- Preliminary processing hall C 173 – 3 bays with length 60 m, width 24 m,
2 overhead cranes of 12.50 tons in each bay.   
  
- Prefabrication hall C 175 – 3 bays with length 84 m, width 24 m
Cranes: 4 overhead cranes 10 t
1 overhead crane 20 t
1 overhead crane 32/8 t

- Prefabrication hall C 167 - length 60 m, width 24 m 
Cranes: 2 overhead cranes 32 t

- Blocks assembling hall C 181 – 2 bays, length 74 m, width 30 m .   
Cranes: 2 overhead cranes 32/8 t in each bay
There is possibility for simultaneous in-roof construction of two vessels of
length from 30 up to 62 m in C-181 hall.

Stand for launching vessels into floating dock or pontoon Cp 1 C

Cp 1C is served by Peiner crane 12.50 t

Side roller slipway Cp 1B

Roller slipway assembly track is served by:
2 off “KONE” jib cranes of lifting capacities – 80 t and 120 t (via cross-beam)

Stands for launching vessels using floating cranes  Cp 1A, Cn-100

• max hull length  – 47.00 m
• max hull width  – 13.50 m
• max weight  – 380.00 t

Cp 1A is served by Peiner crane 20 t.
Cn 100 is served by 2 off “Stotter & Pitt” jib cranes of lifting capacities 26 t and 42.20t (via cross beam).

Outfit quay: CN-100

The REMONTOWA SHIPBUILDING S.A. has 400 m long of quay (Cn-100) equipped with the essential infrastructure, compressed air, electricity and technical gases supply with 3 cranes of 26 t/17 m.
The outfitting of vessels covers:
- painting,
- piping,
- machinery and deck outfitting,
- electric and electronic,
- accommodation.
